Their testimony completely transformed the public’s perception of him, leading to Josh facing punishment for his actions. Now, Josh claims that Bobye’s testimony was biased and unfair. He has been serving time in federal prison since 2021, yet he still hasn’t learned his lesson and remains determined to shift the blame to anyone but himself.

Josh Duggar is no longer living in FCI Seagoville’s cushy honors dorm. Officials recently moved him back to the general population, though they haven’t explained why. Many believe it’s due to more rule-breaking, especially since his prison release date was pushed back again. The honors dorm offered perks like A/C, private laundry, a microwave, and more.

These luxuries are not available to the rest of the facility. Now, Duggar must endure the Texas heat like everyone else. Sources say the prison also cut phone time for all inmates, making Josh’s already limited contact with his family even worse. His wife Anna still hasn’t spoken publicly, but divorce rumors continue to swirl.

Josh Duggar is currently in federal prison, serving a sentence since 2021. A jury found him guilty of possessing child sexual abuse materials, and he even confessed to inappropriately touching his younger sisters. Josh also touched another girl while she slept. He crossed every limit when he touched a 15-year-old girl, whom he was dating at the time. Josh had the audacity to molest his then-girlfriend’s four-year-old sister as well.

At the time, Josh was courting Holt’s daughter, who was the same age as him. But he was also showing interest in the family’s much younger daughters, touching them inappropriately. This was a case of child abuse where he also inappropriately touched the sisters’ genital areas and molested their four-year-old baby sister. The Holts testified against him, and now Josh claims they were just bitter.

He even accused Bobye Holt of being bitter toward him because he didn’t marry her daughter. Josh recently argued in court documents that certain “uncorroborated and prejudicial testimony” from Bobye Holt violated his constitutional rights and deprived him of a fair trial. He also claimed that the court should never have allowed their testimony.

Talking about Holt, he further added, “In many ways, she resembled a bitter ex who hated Joshua since she couldn’t have him for her own daughter.” Josh referenced how he eventually married Anna, with whom he shares seven kids. He also pointed out that Holt had posted several anti-Duggar statements on social media. Well, after everything Josh has done to her kids, we can’t expect her to shower him with love, can we?
