Since welcoming their twin daughters, Elsie and Emma, in January 2025, Jed and Katey Duggar’s family has become one of the largest in the Duggar legacy. With four young children under the age of three — Truett (3), Nora (2), and the twins — they’ve got their hands full. However, despite the busyness, the couple is already considering adding to their growing family.

When asked if they were planning to have more children, Katey shared on Instagram, “Maybe one day!” She mentioned that while life is hectic with four young children, she feels fortunate to have the support of family and friends.

In a recent podcast appearance with Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo, Jed shared that both he and Katey have a number in mind and would love to have five or six children. “We’re praying about it,” he said.

Previously, Jed’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, had four children by the time Josh Duggar turned three. With the pace they’re keeping, Jed and Katey may soon catch up to that record.
