Amy King shared via Instagram and People that she has talked about the pressures to conform and be “too much” or “not enough,” but ultimately reclaimed her “God‑given voice” in the memoir. Zondervan, i.e., HarperCollins Christian, is publishing the book. The intention of the memoir is to empower readers to trust themselves, reject harsh standards, and speak out.
