Well, the place has been on the market for months. Details on the website said that the property has airconditioning, fresh paint as well as vinyl floors. It also has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. But when that didn’t work out, Janelle had slashed the price of the house by $25,000 by October. It looks like Janelle decided to slash the price yet again.

She brought it down to $389,900. The Arizona law says that the property will go to the departed person’s parents if they don’t have any children or spouse. Hence, Janelle took over.
The show has even been filmed in Garrison’s place multiple times. Considering how he took his own life within the property could be one of the major reasons why Janelle has been struggling to make the sale. But it’s just a theory going around.
