Robyn and the other OG three wives previously wrote a book together. At the time, they were all married to Kody and still a part of the plural family. The book was titled Becoming Sister Wives: The Story of an Unconventional Marriage. In it, we got to see a glimpse of Robyn’s true personality, which was actually quite shocking. To the point that Robyn got into a fight with a waitress and later laid her claim on Kody, without showing respect to the other wives.

Robyn has always had contrasting personalities throughout the show. While on one end, she keeps crying over a situation, there are many instances where we have seen her stern side as well. During the recent Tell-All, Robyn had an “I’ll always be so Robyn” attitude. She did not cry her way out but instead had a “who cares” attitude. Fans could not believe their eyes at how much Robyn had changed in just a few months.

However, many fail to see that Robyn has always been like this. Especially in their book, there was an instance where Robyn got into a confrontation with a waitress. While Kody now proudly accepts that he was in a polygamous relationship, it was not the same, years before. At that time, his wives had to hide that identity, as polygamy was not widely accepted.

In their book, Robyn shared an instance where a waitress was giving her cold stares. This was weird because the couple was dining at a restaurant, and the waitress made her feel uncomfortable. Kody later realized that he had been there with Meri recently, and the two had acted like husband and wife. So when Kody went to the same restaurant with Robyn and was acting romantic with her, the waitress thought that Robyn was the other woman.

Unlike popular belief, Robyn did not let it slide. Instead, she confronted the waitress. She told her that she was Kody’s wife, and the other woman she saw previously was also his wife. This was surprising, as Robyn owned her personality and did not cry or make a scene. This makes us wonder if Robyn acted gullible all through the series, or was she really that emotional?
