The traffic court case that was filed in Midvale also states that Christine’s daughter was following too closely behind another car, resulting in her rear-ending the vehicle. It was also said that the plaintiffs had already slowed down due to traffic, but Ysabel “negligently” failed to reduce her speed, causing her to crash.
