Eventually, she became Matt’s assistant and fiancée. Since appearing on the show, Karen’s ego has become unmanageable, contrasting with Matt’s familiarity with the spotlight.

After Matt allegedly cheated on Amy with Karen, the family dynamics shifted. Zach and Tori Roloff left the show because of Zach’s discomfort with Matt and Karen’s connection. The show may end after season 25, with only Matt, Karen, Amy, and her partner Chris remaining. Matt’s decision to list the Roloff Farms without informing anyone, especially Zach, strained their relationship. Zach had dreamed of taking over the fields, but Matt’s self-centered choice shattered that dream. He offered Zach a portion of the land for $4 million, a sum Zach couldn’t afford.

Little People Big World has showcased passive-aggressive behavior from Karen, Matt, and Amy, who continue to argue despite having moved on with new partners. Matt’s actions, driven by ego and possibly Karen’s influence, have caused significant family strife.
