Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have a mess on their hands. Plus, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will get tested to see if he’s a suitable match for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

Preemption Announcement
GH spoilers for the week of September 30 reveal there will be two consecutive days of preemptions. Don’t expect to see a new episode on Tuesday, October 1, and Wednesday, October 2. The network is preempting the soap for a baseball game.
GH Spoilers: Lucky Spencer’s Return
During the week of September 30, fans can expect Lucky to return to Port Charles. Right away, Lucky will probably want to go to the hospital to see Lulu.
Lucky will need to get tested to see if he’s an acceptable donor match for Lulu. It seems Lucky is Lulu’s last option. Lulu can’t get on the national transplant registry due to being in a coma.
Unfortunately, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) couldn’t help as his liver isn’t in good enough condition. Lulu’s chance of survival is Lucky.
Week of September 30, 2024
General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 30 reveal that Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) have a chat about Lucky.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) demands answers from Jason. Although Jason and Anna kissed in captivity, that might stay under wraps to most characters at first.
However, Anna could tell Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about it since they do talk about an unexpected curveball in the mission.
Sam will decide to clear the air with someone. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) challenges Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Molly might push Alexis to expose Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as the one who really shot Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington).
