‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16 reveal we don’t know what Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is thinking. Plus, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has something to say. We’ll also see Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) determined to get revenge. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16: Huh?
First, Anna tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) Ava Jerome (Maura West) made bail. We can’t. Wasn’t she recently anti-Sonny and thinking he needs to finally pay for his sins?
Why would she tell him the woman who is partly responsible for what happened to Kristina and that baby is free on bail? That’s just an open invite to take care of her.

Elsewhere, Carly talks about how Kristina could have died, and the baby did die. We assume she’s talking to Ava, but we could be wrong. Sometimes the editing is misleading. Still, after Carly says that, the camera shows Ava and John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington).
He’s been doing everything possible to “help” the “poor victim” Ava, which should lead to more drama. Carly already doesn’t like him. Ava, of course, has this smirk on her face that doesn’t make one want to side with her. But we digress.
If this is a moment where Carly is calling Ava out, we actually will cheer Carly on! Yes, Kristina didn’t have to go to that suite to confront Ava. But let’s not forget that Ava is the one that dragged a heavily pregnant woman who hates her into the custody fight. Plus, she laid hands on Kristina, and we don’t blame Kristina for the instinct to back away.
But it’s more than that. We’ve watched Ava take advantage of Valentin messing with Sonny’s meds. She manipulated and isolated Sonny. Then, knowing her daughter is in Sonny’s care, she took Valentin’s plan a step further and ordered the pharmacist to use placeboes.
That was a dangerous move that proves Ava doesn’t need custody. Plus, the outing of Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and the way she doctored the scene of the accident are all things that give us no sympathy for Ava. It’s a shame the writers messed her up so badly, because Ava’s a great character. They’ve just made her irredeemable at this point.

Finally, there’s Kristina and her desire for revenge. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal she’ll promise someone Ava will pay. We wonder if she’s saying this to Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos). During the weekly, we see Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) talking.
Molly will tell him, “I need to do something about what happened to us.” Obviously, I see Molly trying to take the legal route here. But it should be interesting to see if Molly starts to share Kristina’s more… base instincts for revenge.
