So This Is What Li and Bill Are Hiding About Luna Truth Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers
For those who watched the July 24 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” the conversation between Bill Spencer and Li Finnegan was nothing short of bizarre. In fact, “weird” doesn’t begin to describe how shocking and strange it all was. It’s clear to me that Bill and Li were in cahoots regarding the recent paternity test.
Bill’s heart-to-heart with Li in her office raised serious alarm bells. His gratitude towards Li for handling Luna’s paternity test was touching at first. He told her she was now a permanent part of his family and the Spencer clan. “You helped me give me a daughter,” he said. But then things took a strange turn. Bill added, “Now I have a daughter thanks in large part to you.” Li responded, “Bill, you saved my life. It’s the least I could do to repay you.” What does that mean exactly?
They’re talking in riddles, but it seems like the riddle is easy to crack. Bill wanted a daughter and met Li, who told him that while she couldn’t say how she knew, she was sure Bill wasn’t the father. Bill asked for help, and Li obliged, believing her sister to be a gold digger. The writers have really outdone themselves with this episode.
Earlier scenes featured Katie throwing serious shade at Bill’s latest flame, Poppy. Katie’s questions were like an interrogation, and social media lit up with reactions. Team Katie felt she was right, while others thought she was out of line. I believe Katie should mind her own business, even if she may be right. If Katie insists on another paternity test, Bill and Li may have to team up again to smooth over the DNA test results.
The possibility that Bill and Li are hiding a deeper secret is intriguing. Perhaps they are protecting the real father, who could be Finn. Li, being a big shot at the hospital, has access to any drug she wants, and Bill has a motive to cover up the truth. What does Li gain from all this? Maybe a secret even Bill doesn’t know, securing her son’s and family’s image.
