In the July 10th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, John “Finn” Finnegan, played by Tanner Novlan, has finally realized how Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is harming his marriage. Finn sincerely apologized to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for asking her to accept Sheila, who has brought them so much trouble. Although Finn will always have a connection to Sheila as his birth mother, he recognizes it was wrong to encourage Steffy to accept her. Finn has promised to do better and focus on making Steffy a priority. However, their emotional exchanges felt foreboding, like the calm before the storm.
Unfortunately, Hope’s affections for Finn are bound to cause problems. We may witness a circumstance where Finn makes a disastrous error with Hope. If Finn crosses the line, it could break his marriage and push Steffy into Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) arms. Liam never misses an opportunity to take advantage of Steffy’s vulnerability, so his chance to win her back may come sooner rather than later. Revealing past secret kisses could exacerbate the conflict and help seal Steffy’s divorce from Finn. If handled well, this could lead to sorrow and rage on both sides. Steffy might not remain single if her romance with Finn fails, possibly starting a new chapter with Liam.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has been standing firm with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) but knows she is unwilling to commit to a future as husband and wife. Thanks to a shove from Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), Hope has finally let Thomas go. Thomas is returning to France with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) but plans to return for a wedding at the Forrester home. Deep down, Thomas may be enjoying Hope’s misery, utilizing a phony marriage proposal to tease her and frequently flaunting his engagement in her face. He may feel that if he waits long enough, Hope will eventually consent to marry him. However, the reality of Hope moving on could transform Thomas back into a troublemaker, potentially leading to destructive behavior aimed at separating Hope and Finn.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week commencing Monday, July 15th, indicate that our beloved characters are set for another wild ride. Lee and Finn are stunned by the results of Holly’s autopsy, leading to startling accusations. On Wednesday, July 17th, Deputy Chief Baker summons Sheila for questioning. By Thursday, July 18th, Steffy and Finn reaffirm their love, but Finn cautions Liam to stay in his lane with Steffy. Steffy also sets boundaries for Hope regarding her design line and relationship with Finn.
