The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, July 5th reveal that Thomas’s new marriage proposal to Hope causes quite a stir. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) became so uncomfortable that she rushed away from the party, prompting Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to find her and ask some tough questions. Brooke wondered if Hope was second-guessing herself and regretted not accepting Thomas’s proposal. Hope didn’t give her mother a straight answer but thanked Brooke for being there.
Meanwhile, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) offered to officiate Thomas and Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) wedding. Paris was content with her love and didn’t care about the wedding preparations. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) noticed Hope’s pain and questioned Brooke about Hope’s regrets. However, Paris interrupted as Thomas was supposed to meet her by the pool.
Inside the Forrester Mansion, Thomas was pensive, remembering Hope’s second proposal rejection. Hope reached Thomas and pleaded with him to remember what they had shared. Thomas claimed Hope had turned him down several times, but she emphasized she wasn’t rejecting the concept of being with him. She implored Thomas not to rush into a new marriage with Paris. Thomas, feeling conflicted, asked Hope if she would marry him, leaving her stunned.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) announced another wedding at the Forrester Mansion, and Carter congratulated Thomas and Paris. Thomas embraced Paris but remained focused on Hope, who was being comforted by Brooke. Brooke questioned Hope about her feelings, and Hope admitted she didn’t understand why Thomas rushed into another relationship so quickly.
Ridge and Brooke discussed the situation, with Ridge believing Thomas and Hope would always be connected because of Douglas. Brooke was concerned about Thomas’s rapid move to be with Paris. Hope later confronted Thomas, begging him to reconsider marrying Paris, emphasizing their shared past and what was best for their son. Thomas was torn but focused on his future with Paris, despite Hope’s emotional pleas.
