Today’s Sad 😭!! News! Amy Roloff Drops Breaking News! To Chris Marek 😭!!
In a recent live video, “Little People’s” Amy Roloff opened up about her sad and lonely struggles in her marriage to Matt Roloff. The conversation, hosted by Jesse, began with a discussion about Mother’s Day. Amy, 60, expressed that she believes all of May should be dedicated to celebrating mothers. This led Lisa, the host, to acknowledge Amy’s lifelong dream of becoming a mom.
Lisa revealed that Amy faced significant challenges in getting pregnant and asked her to share these struggles with her followers. Amy recounted her childhood illness and how it might have contributed to her infertility. She revealed that she had irregular menstrual cycles, which made it difficult for her and Matt, 61, to conceive. The couple tried for several years before turning to a fertility clinic.
Amy confessed that her hope was always to become a mom, but being a little person added extra worries. She was concerned about whether her body could carry multiple babies. Amy prayed she wouldn’t have to make the heart-wrenching decision of letting one or two go if her body couldn’t handle the pregnancy.
Once she discovered she was carrying twins, Jeremy and Zach, now 33, Amy felt confident in her ability to carry the pregnancy to term. Her mindset was, “My body can do this. I can handle it, and I’m capable.” However, after delivering the twins via C-section, Amy felt isolated and overwhelmed. She explained that they had just moved to Oregon, and Matt had to work, leaving her alone with two newborns.
Earlier this week, Amy shared a rare photo of her daughter, Molly, 29, along with her sons, Jacob, 25, Jeremy, and Zach, to celebrate Mother’s Day. The heartfelt group photo was posted on Instagram, showing the Roloff matriarch surrounded by her children.
