Olivia Takes Control! 💥 Plathville Star Unleashes New Power After Explosive Split from Ethan!

There is no shortage of drama on Welcome to Plathville.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at the second half of season 6, the Plaths attempt to move on from their broken relationships. As each member of the family starts a new chapter in their lives, they are all navigating uncharted territory.

“I finally feel like I’m in the driver’s seat of my own life,” Olivia Plath says following her Oct. 2023 split from estranged husband Ethan.

“I have learned more in the last year of this failed marriage than I did in the seven years prior,” Ethan Plath says before cameras show him training in the gym — and showing off his rapping skills.

After Barry declares, “Things are getting strange in Plathville these days,” Moriah reveals that she “finally booked a date” for their family band’s concert, but it is “much sooner” than they had been planning for.

The next scene takes fans to a family meal, which is the first time everyone is seen sitting down together since Barry and Kim got divorced, and there is a surprise guest at the table.

“We’re all here together, including Ken [Palmer],” the family matriarch says of her boyfriend before joking, “I just want to see who punches who first.”

Meanwhile, Ethan enjoys a line-dancing date with an unnamed blonde — which concludes with him asking for her phone number, but fans will have to wait for her answer.

In Sedona, Olivia shares that she has a special guest staying with her on her trip, but cameras cut before the mystery face is shown.

In addition to navigating a new normal with Olivia, Ethan continues to be at odds with mom Kim. He admits, “I don’t know what the mending process of my relationship with my mom looks like.”

When the family concert comes around, chaos ensues. Kim, in a panic, tries to wrangle the kids while daughter Moriah deals with the aftermath of her ex-boyfriend showing up.

“I have no idea where everybody is,” Kim says. “We have a concert tonight. We haven’t practiced together in six years.”

“This could be a huge disaster,” she adds.

In a group confessional, Ethan teases dad Barry asking if he’s “got any bail money” while Micah searches for Moriah, who seemingly went missing.

“I was seeing red,” Ethan later confesses before cameras pan to Micah saying, “It’s literally a chaotic hot mess.”

As the trailer concludes, Kim brings Barry, who jokes that things are “just like old times,” over to where her boyfriend is sitting, but leaves the two alone.

“She disappears, and then I’m standing there with Ken,” Barry realizes. “This is the moment.”
