“Shocking Exit? Don Diamont Says ‘That’s A Wrap’ – Is Bill Spencer Leaving Bold & Beautiful?
Actor Don Diamont is known for various roles, especially playing Bill Spencer Jr. on The Bold and the Beautiful. However, the star recently shared an update with fans on social media, revealing an end of an era. Since then, fans, and even other soap stars, have been reacting to the news.
Don Diamont Has Been On A Variety Of Soaps, Including The Young And The Restless & The Bold And The Beautiful
Diamont, born Donald Feinberg, has had a prom9nent career in soaps. One of his first breaks into soaps was playing Carlo Forenza on Days of Our Lives in 1984. However, he would get cast in one of his more famous roles the following year, Brad Carlton on The Young and the Restless.
Diamont would play Brad well until 2009. This year, fans would see him switch soaps, joining The Bold and the Beautiful as Bill Spencer Jr. With the two soaps as sister series, Diamont also made appearances as both characters on each show.
On social media, Diamont recently had good news to share with fans about his family. He was celebrating his son Anton’s scholastic career with his recent graduation.
Diamont wrote in the caption, “[Anton] couldn’t have made more of his football scholarship. With blood, sweat and tears he, as the starting left tackle, and his @unlvfootball teammates went from a 2 win first season to a record setting 11 win season his senior year! Add to that an ,LA Bowl victory, and ending the year as the 24th ranked team in the country.”
“The first time that UN LV FOOTBALL was ranked in the top 25! Anton was no less committed in the classroom as a Dean’s List student in Business Finance! Tanker, I couldn’t be prouder of all that you’ve accomplished! It was such a joy to be along for the ride!”
A Few Soap Stars Also Congratulated Diamont’s Family For The Big News
The carousel post featured Diamont and his family crowded around Anton as they celebrated the big day. Anton could be seen dressed in red and his donned his cap and gown.
A video was also included of Anton accepting his diploma. There were also a few photos celebrating the after-party, as well as a few on Anton on the gridiron. The final photo saw Diamont embrace his son on the field.
Many of Diamont’s fellow soap stars also congratulated Anton in the comments. Eva LaRue, arguably best known for All My Children, wrote, “So awesome, congratulations!! Love you guys so much!”
Other fans shared their well-wishes for Anton during this milestone. A few also noticed the final photo Diamont included in his post. Some comments included:
