Welcome to Plathville fans didn’t like Barry Plath very much when they met him in Season 1 of the TLC show. In fact, they felt that he let his wife Kim Plath wear the pants in the house. He’d grin inanely, nod, and just say what she wanted. Now that Kim has left him, he’s starting to drive women crazy.

While the dad of nine kids seemed perplexed because Kim went crazy, he managed to keep his cool about her desire for a divorce. Some fans complained because he talked with the kids about his problems. But, at least he didn’t hide his problems from them. Over time, he started to get a bit of a glow-up.

Barry Plath and his son Micah got together whenever they could and started working out. Actually, Micah started gyming a lot after Olivia helped him to become a model. As time went by, the older TLC star started to look quite good as he lost that wimp-like slant to his shoulders. And, fans liked that he spent a lot of time with kids.

By the time Season 5 came along, those fans who had been following the dad on social media via his kids, saw a rather ripped man. The Welcome to Plathville star looked amazingly hot!  After a recent episode of the TLC show, an OP who felt a bit shocked took to Reddit and shared something that really made them feel a bit crazy.

What’s happening to me?!
I found Barry attractive in this most recent episode when he was in Malibu. Up until he did his creepy smile when talking about something that shouldn’t put a smile on your face – Ethan and Olivia having serious issues. It was like he got pure joy knowing they were at the point of splitting. But other than that, I found him to be attractive – it’s like even the shape of his face changed a bit, maybe because he gained weight while building muscle (?)For one brief moment I was like “he could get it.” OMG I feel disappointed in myself 🤣

Actually, Kim Plath is not a stunning woman, but the couple raised some really good-looking kids. Maybe it came from Barry’s side of the family.

• Personally, I hope he gets himself a hottie and we all get to watch how uncomfortable Kim would be. Maybe a professional dancer and musician who the kids love. Haha, can you imagine how bad Kim’s rosacea would be!
